Desrae is a teacher and coach at heart. In a strategic partnership with her, you will collaborate closely to systematically create and accomplish sustainable goals. As you work together, her involvement gradually decreases to transition responsibilities to ensure dependency doesn't occur, but the work is prioritized. This allows for a smooth and efficient workflow of accountability. Consultants advise, but an implementor rolls up her sleeves and joins the team to help with the heavy lifting of implementing the necessary change.
Empowerment Leadership Development
Desrae believes everyone posseses amazing unique leadership qualites specifc to who that partner is created to reach and influence. It is her gift to assit in identifying, nurture, and empower those talents. She has authored and designed a 10-week "workshop" aimed at empowering partners to enhance their influence and effectiveness. This program consists of a series of concise study questions focused through an empowerment lens and boundaries. Weekly role play prompts participants to reflect on their current situations and apply the learned concepts allowing participants to practice and refine their skills in a practical setting. By engaging in this program, partners will develop a deeper understanding of adaptive empowerment and acquire the necessary tools to excel in their professional roles and life with positive outcomes fostered through a grit and growth mindset. Desrae has implemented this program successfully in boards, all levels of organzational teams, with volunteer groups, and of course the individual. The core program can be shortened and bucketized based on needs with additional support packages available.
